OpsFlows is intended for use by licensed real estate brokerages and their authorized staff. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of OpsFlows complies with applicable law and your brokerage’s internal policies.

You may not use OpsFlows to process documents on behalf of third parties without their authorization, or for any purpose that violates applicable law.

All verification logic, document models, and platform features are the intellectual property of OpsFlows Inc. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform.

OpsFlows provides document verification as a tool to assist compliance review. It does not replace the judgment of a licensed broker or compliance officer. OpsFlows Inc. is not liable for regulatory outcomes resulting from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OpsFlows after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
